  1. For making pie dough — cut butter into small cubes..
  2. In a food processor jar add flour, butter, salt and sugar.run lightly just until the mixture begins crumbly..
  3. Add water,1tbsp at a time pulsing in between each addition.add water until the dough begin together in clumps..
  4. Transfer the dough into a bowl and wrap it with plastic wrap and keep it in refrigerator until use or for atleast 30mins.(it is a perfect,easy and quick method to make pie dough)..
  5. Making apple rose filling — wash and dry the apples.slice thinly and place into a pan.add lemon juice and toss well..
  6. Now add all remaining ingredients and toss well again lightly.let it sit for few minutes..
  7. Now keep the pan on low flame and cook apples until little soft, switch off the flame and let it cool for a while.(keep leftover syrup for later use)..
  8. Now remove pie dough from fridge and roll it out on floured board/table in circle. fit it into pie mould and remove extra dough from mould..
  9. Now begin to line apples along the outer edges, continue this pattern to the centre..
  10. Place it in preheated oven and bake for 30-35 mins.(on 425℃)or until apples turns golden..
  11. Brush with reserved syrup over the apples and serve..
