- You need 1 of small bowl of paneer bhurji.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of dhania powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of saunf powder.

- Prepare 1/2 tsp of haldi powder.
- You need 1 tsp of jeera.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of hing.
- You need 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 of finely chopped green chilli.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
Paneer Stuffed Tindas instructions
- First peel and wash the tindas..
- With the help of holer or peelar do the hole in the tindas for stuffing..
- Now finely chop all the pieces of the tinda which has come out of the hole..
- Now take a kadai and heat it..
- Add oil and hing..
- Now add jeera in it..
- Now add chopped green chilli in it..
- Saute it and add chopped pieces of tinda in it..
- Mix it and add Leftover Paneer Bhurji into it..
- And after adding bhurji add all the dry spices ingredients into it..
- Mix it very well and cover it with the lid for 5 mins by adding 2 tblspn water into it..
- After that stirr it and evaporate all the excess of water if it is there in it..
- Now let it cool..
- After that stuff this bhurji stuffing into the tindas one by one..
- Place these stuffed tindas in the Pressure cooker..
- Put rest of the stuffing on the tindas..
- Add little bit water to it..
- Cover it and pressure cook it for 2 whistles..
- After two whistles lower the flame for 10 mins to 15 mins..
- After it check whether tindas are cooked or not..
- If it is cooked then evaporate or dry out the excess of water..
- Now garnish these stuffed tindas with chopped coriander leaves..
