  7. Now add 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tsp salt in the water and put Cauliflower in it.
  8. Boil the water until the cauliflower gets soft.
  9. Now in a pan heat up the oil and crackle jeera and mix all the dry masalas in it,mix them well.
  10. Now add the grinded paste in the masala mixture.
  11. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture and add whisked curd,fresh cream and half cup of water in it.
  12. Mix them well and after 6 to 7 minutes switch off the gas.
  13. Soak Saffron strands in the kewra water and mix it in the mixture of cauliflower.
  14. Now place the cauliflower in a bowl and pour the mixture on it.
  15. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
