  9. You need 1 tsp of Ginger (thin jullienes).
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of Garlic (thin jullienes).
  11. It’s 1 tsp of Cornflour.
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of Butter.
  13. It’s 3 tbsp of Cream.
  14. It’s As needed of Rosemary and Basil (chopped).

  1. Cut Fillet into thick slices.
  2. In a bowl put ginger garlic paste, one lemon juice, salt, chilli flakes and meat tenderiser then mix well and apply on steak slices.
  3. Marinate for three hours then fry in nonstick pan using butter till nicely browned up.
  4. Remove on a platter.
  5. In same pan add two tablespoon butter and keep on flame.
  6. Just before it thickens remove from flame and pour on fried steak, sprinkle rosemary and basil.
  7. As it heats up add ginger and garlic juliennes then add cream and cornflour mixture make sure you keep on stirring.
