- Prepare 1 kg of Beef/Chicken Fillet.
- You need 1 tbsp of Garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 of and hlf tsp Salt.
- You need 2 of Lemon juice.
- It’s 1 tsp of Chilli flakes.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black pepper crushed.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Meat Tenderiser.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger (thin jullienes).
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Garlic (thin jullienes).
- It’s 1 tsp of Cornflour.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Butter.
- It’s 3 tbsp of Cream.
- It’s As needed of Rosemary and Basil (chopped).

- Cut Fillet into thick slices.
- In a bowl put ginger garlic paste, one lemon juice, salt, chilli flakes and meat tenderiser then mix well and apply on steak slices.
- Marinate for three hours then fry in nonstick pan using butter till nicely browned up.
- Remove on a platter.
- In same pan add two tablespoon butter and keep on flame.
- Just before it thickens remove from flame and pour on fried steak, sprinkle rosemary and basil.
- As it heats up add ginger and garlic juliennes then add cream and cornflour mixture make sure you keep on stirring.
