- You need 2 tsp of Dijon mustard.
- You need 1/4 cup of White wine.
- You need 1/4 cup of Cream.
- It’s 1/2 of Sweet bell pepper chopped up.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Black cracked pepper.
- It’s 2 tbls of Woresestershire Sauce.

- Add butter to the frying pan. Heat up and add the tenderloin pork cook until coloured Cut up the sausage when browned and near to cooked add them.
- Cook for 5 minutes.next add the Mustards make a well add the wine.
- Add woresestershire sauce.let it bubble for 2 minutes then take off the heat for a few minutes add 3 tbls cold water then add the cream. Stir then put back on low heat to heat up slowly..
- Add the bell pepper and black pepper. Serve on a bed of Spinach and french fries to dip in the sauce..
