  1. Add butter to the frying pan. Heat up and add the tenderloin pork cook until coloured Cut up the sausage when browned and near to cooked add them.

  3. Add woresestershire sauce.let it bubble for 2 minutes then take off the heat for a few minutes add 3 tbls cold water then add the cream. Stir then put back on low heat to heat up slowly..
  4. Add the bell pepper and black pepper. Serve on a bed of Spinach and french fries to dip in the sauce..
