Mughlai Paneer Masala instructions

  1. Cut to paneer in tringle shape add some spices red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt mix together and marinate for 15 minute.
  2. Take a nonstick pan add tej patta, black pepper, jeera, dry chilli saute for 2 minute add in to garlic, ginger, onion tomato, green chilli saute well then add one glass of water and cook for 10 min gas off and cooled down all masala then grind in to mixer now grevy ready.
  3. Take a one nonstick pan add ghee add marinate paneer in To pan saute when colour chnage of paneer all masala stick on paneer looks so yummy and soft paneer take out paneer on a plate.

Add some oil and butter in a pan add jeera, red dry chilli and green chilli with pinch of hing then add grevy in to pan saute for 5-7 min add in to fresh curd saute well add fresh cream cook with cover of lid all oil come out of grevy then add all spices red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, rub kasuri methi and also.add in to pan then add paneer as per requirement of grevy add water cover the lid cook for 15 on slow flame.
