- You need 1/2 cup of Oil.
- Prepare 2 of Onion chopped.
- You need 6 of Garlic cloves chopped.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 2 of Tomatoes chopped.
- Prepare 6-8 of Green chilies.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin.
- You need of Salt as your taste.
- You need 1 of & 1/2 tbsp Zeera (Cumin) & black pepper powder.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- It’s of Water half glass (for frying spices) if required.
- You need 3 of Potatoes slices.

- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add Onion and garlic cloves and cook until Onion turn brown. Then add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes.
- Green chilli, cumin, salt, Zeera (Cumin) & black pepper powder, red chilli powder & add water. Cook it until oil comes up..
- Then add Potatoes 3 cubes and Tinday and cook well. Add half glass water & Stir well. Cover it to cook for 5 mins at high flame then turn it to low flame (keep stirring in between) until the cooked, the moisture dries out and the tinday potatoes are done..
- Tinday ki Sabzi is ready Serve with rice or Naan.
