  6. Prepare 6-8 of Green chilies.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin.

  9. You need 1 of & 1/2 tbsp Zeera (Cumin) & black pepper powder.
  10. It’s 2 tbsp of Red chilli powder.

  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add Onion and garlic cloves and cook until Onion turn brown. Then add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes.
  2. Green chilli, cumin, salt, Zeera (Cumin) & black pepper powder, red chilli powder & add water. Cook it until oil comes up..
  3. Then add Potatoes 3 cubes and Tinday and cook well. Add half glass water & Stir well. Cover it to cook for 5 mins at high flame then turn it to low flame (keep stirring in between) until the cooked, the moisture dries out and the tinday potatoes are done..
  4. Tinday ki Sabzi is ready Serve with rice or Naan.
