1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Mix vanilla crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate..
3. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes then freeze until the crust is frozen and the pie plate is cold..
4. Spread the softened ice cream onto the crust and a tiny bit up the side..
5. Freeze for 45-60 minutes..
