  1. Prepare 1 1/2 lb of Deer Tenderloin.
  2. Prepare 1 can of Chopped Spinach.
  3. You need 1 packages of Pasta Ribbons.
  4. Prepare of Sauce.
  5. It’s 2 each of Pinot Grigio mini bottles.
  6. You need 2 can of Cream of Celery.
  7. You need 1 1/2 tbsp of Lemon Pepper seasoning.
  8. You need 2 tsp of Rosemary.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Sage.
  10. It’s 1 of Salt.

Deer Tenderloin w/ White Wine Sauce instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add all sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a light boil, whisking occasionally.
  3. Remove sauce from heat, and set aside 1.5 cups.
  4. Place tenderloin inside a Dutch oven, and pour remaining sauce on top, around, and under meat.
  5. Place Dutch oven on the center rack, and bake for 30 min for Medium, or until desired doneness is achieved.
  6. Meanwhile, cook noodles and spinach seperately.
  7. After the meat is done, quarter into approx. 1" chunks.
  8. Serve mixed or separated using the sauce set aside and/or in the Dutch oven. Enjoy!.
