- First you want to boil your noodles so fill the pot up with water and add a 1/4 cup of olive oil to the water and let it come to a boil..
- Once the water and olive oil are boiling add your elbow macaroni noodles, put a top on the top and let them cook. Now you want your noodles to be firm because when you put them in the oven with your cheese you don't want your noodles to be mushy. You want them just right!.

- Take a large size pan and pour half of the macaroni and cheese into the pan..
- Add the second bag of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and put half of it on top of the mac'n'cheese. Now this is when you can even take the other half of your velveeta cheese, slice it up in chunks and put some of it on there too..
- Now after that add the rest of your mac'n'cheese as your second layer and and do the same thing. Add the Shredded Cheese and some chunks of velveeta cheese on top. Add a little bit of salt and pepper..
- Then once your done, cover your dish with aluminum foil and poke a few holes through the foil and place it into the oven. Let it cook for an hour or until the cheese has melted all the way through and is golden brown on top! And Voila…your all done!.
