  1. It’s 10-15 of small or medium sized tindas.
  2. It’s 3-4 of large onion (Grated into a paste).
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  5. You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of anardana powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of amchoor powder.
  8. It’s 1 tsp of jeera powder.
  9. You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
  10. You need to taste of Salt.

Bharwan masala tinda step by step

  1. Take 10-15 small or medium sized tindas, peel them and make 2 slits in them so that they can be stuffed but don't cut till bottom..
  2. In a plate add the grinded onion paste and to it add all the above mentioned masalas..mix well and chk the seasoning..
  3. Now take the tindas. Carefully open the slits slightly and stuff them with the onion mixture. Fill all the tindas..
  4. In a kadai, add 2 tbsp of oil and as it heats add the stuffed tindas to it. Let them cook for 5 min On a high flame then lower the flame..add 1/2 cup of water and cover and cook for 15 min. Keep on chkg….
  5. As the water evaporates and the tindas soften…again set the flame on high and saute the tindas till they get golden brown in colour….stir carefully or they can break……
  6. Enjoy the chatpata tindas with chapatis, parathas……
