  1. It’s 500 grams of Chicken thigh fillet, sliced.
  2. You need 1/2 small of Wombok cabbage, sliced.
  3. It’s 1 cup of Red cabbage, sliced.
  4. You need 1 large of Carrot, julienned.
  5. It’s 1 large of Zucchini, julienned.
  6. You need 1 medium of Brown onion, into thin wedges.
  7. You need 3/4 cup of Peas and corn.
  8. It’s 1 cup of Cauliflower florets.
  9. Prepare 1/2 of Green pepper, sliced.
  10. You need 2 of Packets 2 minute noodles, cooked.
  11. Prepare 3 stick of Green onion, sliced.
  12. It’s 1/3 cup of Soy sauce.
  13. Prepare 1/4 cup of Oyster sauce.
  14. It’s 1 tbsp of Ground cumin.
  15. You need 1 tbsp of Ground coriander.
  16. Prepare 1 tsp of Minced ginger.
  17. It’s 1 1/2 tsp of Minced garlic.
  18. It’s 2 tbsp of Sweet chilli sauce.
  19. You need 1 tsp of Cracked black pepper.
  20. It’s 2 tsp of Sesame oil.
  21. You need 1 of Peanut oil for frying.

Chicken Chow Mein step by step

  1. Prepare veggies. Keep brown onion in separate bowl. Keep cabbages in separate bowl. Green onions in another small bowl and all other vegetables in another bowl together..
  2. Slice chicken and set aside..
  3. Cook noodles- strain and set aside..
  4. In a large wok. Add some peanut oil and fry brown onion for two minutes on high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for a further minute, stirring continuously. Remove and set aside..
  5. Now stir fry chicken in batches and set aside with onion..
  6. I like to clean the wok now by adding water, bring to the boil and clean wok with a plastic egg flip. Tip out water and you are right to continue..
