Ingredients of Young Mangoes Chilli
- It’s of garlic.
- Prepare of shallots.
- You need of bird’s eye chillies/ chilli padi 🌶.
- Prepare of big red chillis.
- You need of stripes of kurau salted fish (cut into small pieces, remove the skin and any bones).
- Prepare of red ripe tomatoes.
- It’s of green young mangoes, julienned.
- It’s of Oil.
- It’s of Salt, sugar, chicken/mushroom seasoning.
Young Mangoes Chilli instructions
- Wash clean all ingredients, put all ingredients except kurau salted fish and green mangoes into chopper.
- Heat some oil (about 3-4tbsp) on the pan, fry the salted fish until fragrant, add the remaining ingredients (except the mangoes).
- Once the chilli turns softer and fragrant, add the julienned young mangoes, continue stirring and fry for few more minutes. Season with salt, sugar, chicken seasoning to your taste.
