  4. It’s 1/2 Teaspoon of Thyme Dried.
  5. Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon of Rosemary Dried.
  6. You need 1/2 Teaspoon of Basil Dried.

  8. It’s 1 Teaspoon of Olive oil to brush on the grill surface.

Grilled Fish instructions

  1. Lightly mix all the spices above..
  2. Marinate the fish filet with the mix and let it rest for 1/2 an hour..
  3. Switch the grill ON and let it heat at the default pre-heat setting. (3 mins, approx.).
  4. Grease the grill surface (both base and lid) lightly with a brush dipped in olive oil..
  5. Place the fish on the base and close the lid ensuring that it doesn't touch the top of the filet. Your filet should be grilled in 3-4 mins..
