Zero oil Hara Bhara Sabzi Pulao step by step

  1. Firstly take the mixie jar add coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds, ginger, green chilli, coconut, lemon juice, flattened rice (poha), &salt to taste, little water or as required. Now grind to make a smooth paste keep this aside..
  2. Heat the pressure cooker on high flame, dry roast the black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, and cardamom saute till they becomes aromatic smell..
  3. Now add cumin seeds roast until they crackle on low flame..

  8. After add required hot water and salt according to taste mix well again..
  9. Cover the lid and cook for 3 whistles in Pressure cooker. After allow the steam to escape before opening the lid..
  10. Next mix well without breaking the rice grains. Healthy and tasty pulao is ready..
