  1. Prepare 4 cup of small shell noodles.
  2. Prepare 1/2 can of evaporated milk.
  3. It’s 15 1/2 of inch squares of velveeta cheese.
  4. It’s 2 tsp of salt.

  1. Pour small shell noodles into a pot of water. Water being about 3-4 inches above the noodles. Boil the noodles until they are done..
  2. When the noodles are half way cooked add evaporated milk, Velveeta Cheese, and salt, so they can finish cooking in the ingredients..
  3. Once the noodles are done turn off the burner and allow them to start cooling so that the cheese thickens. Depending on how cheesy you want your Mac-N-Cheese determines whether you need to add more or not… same with the salt. Once you've got it how you like, you may enjoy. My kids love it..
