- Prepare 4 cup of small shell noodles.
- Prepare 1/2 can of evaporated milk.
- It’s 15 1/2 of inch squares of velveeta cheese.
- It’s 2 tsp of salt.

- Pour small shell noodles into a pot of water. Water being about 3-4 inches above the noodles. Boil the noodles until they are done..
- When the noodles are half way cooked add evaporated milk, Velveeta Cheese, and salt, so they can finish cooking in the ingredients..
- Once the noodles are done turn off the burner and allow them to start cooling so that the cheese thickens. Depending on how cheesy you want your Mac-N-Cheese determines whether you need to add more or not… same with the salt. Once you've got it how you like, you may enjoy. My kids love it..
