- You need of Chicken.
- It’s of Ginger and Garlic paste.
- Prepare of Curd.
- It’s of Cashews.

Mughlai Zafrani Murgh instructions
- In a bowl, soak cashews and almonds for 1 hour and then blend it..
- In a big mixing bowl add chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, curd, salt, red chili, mix it well and marinate for overnight..
- Heat ghee in a heavy skillet, add cloves, black cardamom and stir well..
- Add 1tsp garlic, 1tsp ginger and stir again..
- Then, chopped onions and fry till it turns golden brown in color..
- Now, add the blended paste and mix it well..
- Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili, chicken masala and mix it well..
- Then, add the marinated chicken and mix it well..
- Soak saffron in milk and add it with salt in chicken and mix it again..
- Add cream, cover it with lid and cook for about 20 – 25 minutes on medium heat..
- When it done, switch off the flame and serve hot with pulav or naan..
